Stand up paddle (SUP) offers a fun way to play on the water, with the added benefit of a full-body workout. And, since you stand at full height on your board, it gives you a unique position for viewing over the surface, what’s down under the water and out on the horizon.

Our Stand Up Paddle trip is the perfect outdoor activity to explore by water the mountain lakes of Madrid region. Imagine paddling the calm waters surrounded by high peaks, hills valleys and forests. All you have to do is come with us ready to have fun. We’ll take care of the rest. Our instructors will guide you through the Basics of SUP and show you proper stroke techniques, how to turn and stop the board, and explain what to do if you fall off the board.

For bachelor or bachelorette parties, team building and corporate or incentives groups we have BIG KING SIZE boards.

-No previous experience required.

-Standard fitness level. The activity involves working on body balance up on the board.

-Basic swimming skills. Nevertheless, you will wear a lifevest to float in water.

-Minimum age: 6 years old.

What do I need to bring?Practical Information

-Daypack, swimwear, towel, optional pair of water sport shoes to wear up on the SUP board, sun screen, personal medication and dry casual/sport wear and shoes/flip flops to change after the activity.
-Water and light snacks/energy bars.
-You can take things in the SUP board inside waterproof bags or cases.
-Don´t bring non waterproof watches.
