-Not recommended for pregnant women or people with bone or back problems.

-Mountain/Hiking boots or trail shoes, Sports shoes.
-Mountain wear/Sport wear (according to the season).
-Fleece.
-Waterproof jacket (windproof/waterproof Gore Tex type).
-Sun screen and lip balm.
-Sun hat.
-Sport Sunglasses.
-Mobile phone and camera.
-Passport/Identification document and personal belongings.
-Personal medication.
-1,5 L of water and snacks (sandwich, fruit, nuts, energy bars, etc…) per person.
-Your own Climbing shoes, harness and helmet if you have them. If not, Dreampeaks will provide all gear included in the activity price.
